At the front of the home, you’re greeted by a spacious, beautifully styled living room designed for comfort and connection. Enjoy year-round comfort with full ducted air conditioning throughout the home. The fully equipped kitchen also features modern appliances, including a coffee machine so you can start each morning right.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated with modern furnishings and blackout blinds to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a single bed plus an additional single floor mattress — perfect for families.

Step outside to the back deck overlooking stunning Mount Ngungun. With multiple seating areas, it’s the perfect place to soak in the fresh air and breathtaking scenery. Fire up the BBQ for an easy outdoor meal, or gather around the fire pit on cooler evenings for a cozy end to the day.

At Glasshouse Cottage, you can relax, unwind, and let the kids run and explore in the open space around you. While you’ll feel worlds away from the hustle and bustle, you’re conveniently located just 3 minutes from local shops, 10 minutes from Australia Zoo, and 30 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Caloundra.

House Rules & Guest Agreement

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following House Rules.  These rules form part of the rental agreement between the Host and the Guest.  Failure to comply with these House Rules constitutes a breach of the rental agreement. Breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay, forfeiture of fees, and/or additional charges.  The host reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately, without refund, and charge for damages and additional cleaning as required.

• No smoking or vaping inside the property
• No parties or events without prior approval
• Children must be supervised at all times near water
• Only registered guests are allowed overnight
• Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• No illegal activities permitted
• Please take care of the house and report any damages immediately
• No candles, incense, or open flames inside
• The use of BBQ and other facilities is at the guest’s own risk
• Guests agree to follow all safety instructions and assume liability for use

Using the Property

• Kitchen: Feel free to use all appliances, but please clean up after use.
• Waste Disposal: Please separate recyclables and general waste. Bins are located outside.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Departure Checklist

• Place rubbish in the outdoor bins
• Clean the BBQ
• Wash and put away dishes
• Check you have all belongings before leaving
• Turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances
• Return keys to the lockbox
