Spanning two expansive levels, this light-filled penthouse has been designed for space, comfort and effortless entertaining, all enhanced by sweeping ocean views.
On the main level, the open-plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light and framed by stunning coastal vistas. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen allows for seamless entertaining, while the adjoining dining and lounge spaces create a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. A separate laundry adds convenience for extended stays.
There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms – A luxurious master suite with a king bed and private ensuite, a serene second bedroom with a queen bed, and a generous third bedroom with two single beds. A second full bathroom services the additional bedrooms, offering both style and practicality and there is air conditioning throughout.
Upstairs, a private entertaining retreat awaits! This elevated living area opens onto a sun-soaked sundeck, capturing breathtaking ocean outlooks and cooling sea breezes. It’s the perfect setting for sunset drinks, long lunches, or simply unwinding in complete privacy.
The Coolum Beach Retreat offers two private balconies providing multiple vantage points to soak in the coastal ambience. Guests also enjoy access to a shared resort-style swimming pool within the complex.

House Rules & Guest Agreement
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following House Rules. These rules form part of the rental agreement between the Host and the Guest. Failure to comply with these House Rules constitutes a breach of the rental agreement. Breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay, forfeiture of fees, and/or additional charges. The host reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately, without refund, and charge for damages and additional cleaning as required.
- No smoking or vaping inside the property
- No parties or events without prior approval
- Children must be supervised at all times near water
- Only registered guests are allowed overnight
- Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No illegal activities permitted
- Please take care of the property and report any damages immediately
- No candles, incense, or open flames inside
- The use of pool, BBQ and other facilities is at the guest’s own risk
- Guests agree to follow all safety instructions and assume liability for use
Using the Property
- Kitchen: Feel free to use all appliances, but please clean up after use.
- Waste Disposal: Please separate recyclables and general waste. Bins are located outside.
- Laundry: Washer available for guest use.
Departure Checklist
- Place rubbish in the outdoor bins
- Clean the BBQ
- Wash and put away dishes
- Check you have all belongings before leaving
- Turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances
- Return keys to the lockbox
We had an amazing stay in Brigid’s lovely apartment! The apartment was even better than we expected – very stylish, clean, and an amazing location in Coolum. We would definitely stay here again!
As good as it gets! A perfect spot to watch the world go by, wander down to the beach or get a coffee. We had a great time. It was the perfect location to access all of Coolum and as good a spot to have breakfast watching the surf roll in or a wine as the moon rose into the sky.
Great location, right across road from Surf Club and patrolled beach. Very clean inside, loved the decor and the layout , 2 balconies with fabulous views. Everything was seamless from start to finish. Easy drive to Hastings St or Mooloolaba. Highly recommend! Would book again.
