Inside, there are multiple living areas, so everyone can relax in their own way. The upstairs gourmet kitchen includes modern Smeg appliances, while a second kitchen downstairs makes cooking for large groups easy. The main suite has a queen bed and ensuite with both a bath and shower. In addition, there are five bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, with a mix of queen and single beds. This makes the house perfect for groups.

Step outside and discover even more. You can swim in the heated pool, sit by the firepit, or cook a meal in the covered entertainment area. It comes with a pizza oven, smoker, and BBQ, so you’ll always have dining options. For fun, there’s also a basketball court and swings set among landscaped gardens.

Both the front and back decks offer peaceful views over the dam. They are the perfect spots for coffee in the morning or sunset drinks in the evening. Because of the quiet location, local wildlife often wanders through. Expect to see kangaroos, wallabies, hares, and a wide range of birdlife.

Essential Information & House Rules

House Rules & Guest Agreement

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following House Rules.  These rules form part of the rental agreement between the Host and the Guest.  Failure to comply with these House Rules constitutes a breach of the rental agreement. Breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay, forfeiture of fees, and/or additional charges.  The host reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately, without refund, and charge for damages and additional cleaning as required.

• No smoking or vaping inside the property
• No parties or events without prior approval
• Children must be supervised at all times near water
• Only registered guests are allowed overnight
• Pets on application and must be approved prior to booking
• Please clean up after you pet, indoors and outdoors
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding
• Pets are not allowed in the pool
• Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• No illegal activities permitted
• Please take care of the house and report any damages immediately
• No candles, incense, or open flames inside
• The use of pool, BBQ and other facilities is at the guest’s own risk
• Guests agree to follow all safety instructions and assume liability for use

Using the Property

• Kitchen: Feel free to use all appliances, but please clean up after use.
• Waste Disposal: Please separate recyclables and general waste. Bins are located outside.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Departure Checklist

• Place rubbish in the outdoor bins
• Clean the BBQ
• Wash and put away dishes
• Check you have all belongings before leaving
• Turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances
• Return keys to the lockbox
